Protoden is a combination medication formulated to provide effective relief from acid-
related gastrointestinal disorders.Rabeprazole Sodium (Enteric Coated) suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the proton pump (H⁺/K⁺-ATPase) in gastric parietal cells, providing long-lasting acid control
and promoting ulcer healing.Domperidone (Sustained Release) enhances gastrointestinal motility and accelerates
gastric emptying, helping to reduce nausea, vomiting, bloating, and reflux symptoms.
Indications:
Protoden is indicated for the management of:

• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
• Acid peptic disorders
• Gastric and duodenal ulcers
• Dyspepsia and heartburn
• Nausea and vomiting associated with acid reflux
